Sorry if this has been asked before. 9.5" wheels!

So I'm on the hunt for new wheels, but while looking, I'd like to learn more about wheel offsets. I've definitely learned more in the past week than I have in my life from reading all over the internet haha.

BUT I would just like to see if I'm right though -__-

    I have a 1991 325i bmw.
I plan to get BBS RS :)

    The setup would be:
    -Front 16x8.5 et15
    -Rear 16x9.5 et15

After going on the website willitfit, it seems that it would fit fine, but I just like to be certain. I'm just worried about it hitting the struts in the front even though I can always get spacers. This is my first e30 as I used to have a 98 m3, so I'm still learning about the car. Looking forward to hearing back from anyone...thanks in advanced!

easiest way to determine this is measure up the existing wheel clearances - wheel to strut and strut to fender. Plug in the existing wheel size and offset and compare to the new wheel size and offset - this will let you know what the new wheel clearances will be and consequentially whether they will fit or not.

9.5 and with a offset of 15 you are going to have issues with late model rear wheel arches. They are lower. What size tire do you plan to run?

I was, it doesn't help showing a photo if you don't list what the rubber band is stretched across it.

That at lease helps OP answer some of his questions and you might list what spring/shock combo and offset of the wheel.

                  thanks for all the responses!

My setup changed since I have rolled fenders and I didnt want to buy a 25mm spacers to get the right et.

                  So I ordered...

                  16x9 et9
                  16x10 et9

hopefully won't need spacers now and it'll give me a nice flush look!

Your front will need to be closer to et0 to clear coilover collars - but this also depends where you front coils are preloaded to if you're using a "BC Racing" style coil where you adjust shock height instead of collar height.
Your rear will fit assuming you don't go higher than a 215/45 and even then you might rub on the inner arch itself of the fender, not the lip.

Lol it's all good. Car looks amazing and almost identical to mine except white mirrors and exhaust tips. Anyways I have major rubbing issues in the back. The front is ok but I am running 15x8 wheels with 12 offset. What I had to do was go get some cheap 185/55/15s just to test fit because I had already sold my basket weaves. And since you are running 9s idk what other options I have. Maybe some help? I would like to drive the car not just take it to car meets.

I've run 16x9 et15 with a 215/40. Rolled the fenders, and it cleared the suspension fine. 16x10 is definitely more than flush in the rear. Your original wheel sizes where much more preferable IMO.
