I just bought a set of 14" basket weave wheels ,I was told they were original e30.The wheel has the BMW stamp and date code I think of 90, the manufacturer is AAG if I am reading correctly, the wheels are missing two center caps ,am I going to have a problem finding the right center caps?

Is 14x6-1/2 ET30 listed in the lug hole area ?
IIRC, there were three OEM manufacturers BMW used for the 14" basketweaves - BBS, Lemur, and Alu (i think i got that right). All variants however use the same center cap assembly, just stick with the 14" ones (the 15" caps won't fit).Randy Walters

Thank you Randy, I am having two center caps that came with the wheels being sent to me they are not here yet ,I thought the wheels would be BBS to match the rest of my car,the center where the caps would fit have quite a bit of information embossed there ,the wheels appear like the original BBS type ,I think I will wait to see what the two caps look like and what markings are on them, the wheels seem to be marked AAG...I took another look at the wheels ,I had misread the last letter ,the basket weaves are made by AAG ,not AAC,this is why I could find no information ,now I have found someone has said the original 14" weaves were made / marked BBS ,LEMMERS ,OR AAG.SO I am thinking, standard BBS type centers will fit .Last edited by 1843lamp; 04-03-2016, 02:32 PM.Comment
