    spacer question

    purchasing some used 4x100 tsw hocks - 16x7.5 et35 (205/50/16)

what size spacers should I get? I know I need some to clear the front calipers so I might as well get all 4. they will be going on my 1986 325. I will probably lower it moderately in the future (probably the black h&r's - 50406 I think).

thanks for your wisdom ;) looking to put in an order with motorsport hardware

10-15mm should be safe. 20mm might need fender rolling.

Thanks for the response! One more quick question. Do I get the longer bolts or just update to studs in the process? Not tracking or doing anything crazy with the car

You can update to suds if you want to. Only thing to keep in mind is if you have center caps. Depending on the length of the stud, the size of the spacer, and the size of the center cap, you might have some interference. Longer bolts work fine as well. There aren't any negative effects in terms of stress if you were to use longer bolts. Most spacer suppliers should be able to package the correct size bolt with the spacers.
