Xxr 551 15x8 wheels

Found a set of wheels.
They are 15x8 +20mm offset and 195/50/15
Will I need spacers?
And how far will they be close to the edge of the fender? I don't think it will rub my fender on a 1.3 drop.

I would recommend at least 205/50 tires. You wouldn't have any issues running 205/50's on a 15x8 et20. 195/50 is rather short. 205/55 is stock size.
