So an e28 m535i came in my local parts yard, got the rims for a song and a dance, as well as the euro bumpers and other goodies. They are TRX 390mm, a little bigger than a 15". Would it be possible to turn these into some 3 piece 15"s? There isn't enough meat where the tire sits to just turn them down to 15"s, metric tires suck, and I don't wanna make a coffee table out of them. I saw some pictures of 3 piece bottlecaps which got me thinking on the subject.
