Help finding center caps... (HRE 504 wheels)

can anyone help out here? I have searched high and low. I have a set of HRE 504's that I need to replace the center hex caps on. When I bought the wheels, 3 of the hex caps were plastic (2 of which are cracked) and one aluminum in good shape. I was told somewhere along the line that the plastic ones I have are from a set of oem BMW wheels. I can't find the BMW wheel they came form (if that is true), nor can I find hex caps that screw on like these do. I belive the hex's from HRE are NLA. Any help is appreciated, see pics below for details --

no luck... I am going to try and make my own. Will report back with results.

I made caps with my 3d printer, but they are for BBS RC 304.
So its definitely doable.
