I bought a set of Fikse FM10 wheels. They were disassembled to be powdercoated by the seller. I started to reassemble them and 1 bolt wont screw in or come back out. I have hit it, levered it, used a punch on the end....but all it does is spin in the hole. It is not seized/rusted. Any suggestions? Can I use the wheel with 1 bolt loose?
PS: the hole is blind in the face (no nut) and I cannot get it out assembled or disassembled.
