    Fender Pull Possibilities

So, how EXTREME can I go with a fender puller?

I have one and was wondering what people are able to fit.

    I'm going to try and fit a 16x9 ET0 with a 225/50/16

Roller, I assume you mean? I pulled mine out over an inch. I should have taken before and after pics. I did the rear too, trying to fix a small dent right on the lip.

No way is that tire going to work on a lowered e30 with that size wheel.
You can run 215/40/16 or 215/45/16's, 225/45/16's is even pushing it, you'll end up catching a tire on your fenders, not good.

You'll need to roll your fender lips flat, that's all.

Why such a huge tire? I'm pretty sure thats oversized for an e30.

I have 225/50/15's...my fenders hate them. I do have a date with a roller tho.

Every day I wake up we drink a lot of coffee and watch the CNN
Every day I wake up to a bowl of clover honey and let the locusts fly in.

To those who asked, I am running 215/40/17 on B+G springs, fairly low. My fenders were replaced due to pulls...the first poster thinking 225/50? NO chance man. Sorry.

I've got 235/40/17s on a 7.5 inch wheel with +20mm offset. I rolled the fenders last year and don't rub at all. In fact I could still get atleast another inch of tire under there.

A friend of mine rents the fender rolling tool if you are interested.

I own a fender rolling tool. Somebody is borrowing it at the moment though.

We'll see if I can make this happen. I figured the tire size would be a problem but I CAN'T run a 215 it's just wayyyyyyyy too skinny for where im going. Even a 225 is too skinny....

225/50/16 would be taller than stock. Try a 245/35/16 if you want the "Man-sized" look. 225/45/16 would look okay as well.
