Wheels fitting question

Hello guys,
I have a stock 90 325i. It is not a daily driver.
I’m looking at wheels

17x8 1/2 j
20 offset all 4
Tire size 235/40-17 front
245/35-17 rear

Would they fit? Rubbing?
