SSR Type C 16x7

So I am thinking about buying these for my car, but TireRack/SSR (same company) cannot help me more than saying these are not available for your car as a direct bolt up. They are too dumb to offer a list of offsets in the 4x100 bolt pattern. So, I figured out that I can get them for a Honda with a 42mm offset, which would mean I would need 15mm or so spacers, right? Anything closer to the correct offset?

Also, has anyone heard feedback on these? I know TireRack bought SSR, but did the quality change?

If you put your car as a 99 Miata you can get them in 4 lug RWD.

tirerack is very strange about selling wheels. My dad bought some BBS RG-F (i think) for his e21 from them, but they were really difficult about selling them to him because they were an e30 fitment yadayada. The whole process took a couple weeks. They said they didnt have any in No.America and the wheel lugs and spacers they sold him "were VW only fitment". I hate lawyers.

Here's what I did. I bought 16x7 SSR comps off ebay that were off of a first gen Miata, they were 16x7 et35. I then called up Tirerack and had them sell me the spacer kit they usually sell with the e30 SSR comps, which consisted of 4 10mm spacers whose ID matched the e30 hub and OD matched the wheel bore. (Back then they still sold the wheels for the e30).

I know that guy here (James Peacock, I think) with the white e30 used 15mm spacers and probably got a centering ring for the spacer to wheel interface.

So yes, if tire rack still sells 16x7 SSR comps for the first gen miata then you can buy those and then get 10 or 15mm spacers to finish it off.

The only 4x100 SSR's they are making and have in stock are 16x7.5 and a 37mm offset. Buy mine for 1250. I'll give you the spacers and longer lug bolts if you need them.
