:) I love that damn picture! It's so friggin badass. I think Rosica got pwned by Geocities tho.....Originally posted by JordanWhere is that picture of Rosica's old car backed into a parking spot? That shot is the posterboy shot of K1's on e30's.
15inch K1's look like crap on e30's 17's can look dope.

15in K1's aren't made for looks...... ;)Comment

K1's look good, but just don't seem to fit the E30 style, in my opinion. I will, however, be getting them for autocrossing rims in the future. They are PERFECT for track/auto-cross use. Light and open - brakes can stay cool that way.
And I'm not fond of the lettering on the wheel.. :x :?
They still look cool though. ;)- Sean HayesComment

So yeeaaaah, I just washed my car today and it took 5 minutes to wash my K1s........ how are your RZs coming along? :POriginally posted by SeanK1's look good, but just don't seem to fit the E30 style, in my opinion. Anyone else miss the lightness of basketweaves? Call me silly but I think that even my 16.5lb 15" C's are noticably heavier than cruising around on my 'weaves.
Well, duh they are heavier, but I do notice them more than I would think. Perhaps shodding my 'weaves in ES100s might be possible down the road.....or K1s......Comment

I think my K1s are lighter than my bottlecaps.... never weighed them tho, but when I was swapping them out it sure as hell felt lighterErick Mahle | FullOpp Drift | YouTube

"feel" and "weigh" are too different things. The Borbets Type C's seemed and felt really light, but I could feel the car being slower.....Originally posted by rwdriftI think my K1s are lighter than my bottlecaps.... never weighed them tho, but when I was swapping them out it sure as hell felt lighter
Bottlecaps are heavy, that is for sure. But Baskets are great wheels, even in 6.5x14. I'm pondering if larger wheels are even needed...... :?Comment

For the bling factor, yes :)
For making your car looks a LOT better than the bottlecaps ( or basketweaves ), yes.
And it improves handling...... but if you dont want to lose any other performance, then you make sure you get a light wheel. :)Erick Mahle | FullOpp Drift | YouTube
