    M5 (spacer question)

So I found some M5 wheels (stock color - like a burnt chrome, but it is paint) that can be made with custom offsets. What should I run? The wheel will either be a 17X8 or a 18X8.5.

I will be running E30 M3 front strut housings, and E30 M3 trailing arms hubs. I would prefer a sorta deep wheel, but it would need to be flush with wheel well look, not a stretch or a pizza cutter. ;)

i am going to add to your question. Do the different trailing arms, e30 m3, 318 tii, z3m, require different offsets? Meaning if one makes me want a wheel with 20 offset would the other be better with a 18? With the front do the e30m and e36 front parts change the offset?
