So im looking for a light track wheel in a 15' size. So that i could run a 225/50/15. My questions is if i wanted to run this wheel what size spacer should i run? And can i get away without running a spacer.
Track wheels??

You will need a spacer to run wide track tires. 8 or 10mm should do it.
Have you looked at the TD pro-race wheels. No spacer required.
*edit* why not 15x8? I love my rotas.

Im looking for a wheel that bolts up no spacers required and that are 7 inches wide so that i may run a 225. I used to run 225's on my euro weaves and im looking for something like that. Just bolt them up.
Hmm so minilites or the bimmerworld wheels. I wonder which would look better on my car. Anyone know if the kazera will work with a 225?Comment

So, why not 15x8 or you are just limited to 15x7 for a specific reason ?Im looking for a wheel that bolts up no spacers required and that are 7 inches wide so that i may run a 225. I used to run 225's on my euro weaves and im looking for something like that. Just bolt them up.

First post for me here. I noticed you're looking for 15" wheels. We have a buddy with 8 qty 15x8 Koseis for sale, which he used on his E36 IT racecar. 13 pounds, $80/each, near perfect condition. +38mm offset doesn't sound E30 friendly tho.... link

Question: What wheels sizes and offsets do E30 racers want to see? Can a 17x9 fit with the right offset and only mild fender rolling?
We're working with D-Force Wheels to help design BMW fitments of their lightweight forged 5-spoke racing wheels. We've already got 17x9 (ET41) wheels that weigh 16.6 pounds for E36/E46 ($259), and have these already in the works: 18x9 (ET45 for E36/46), 18x10 (ET25 for E46M3 + others, with a SawsAll!).
Some of the Mod club racers have expressed interest in the 18x10, but that's the extreme fringe. What do the typical track E30 guys want? Making different offsets isn't that big of a deal once the molds are made for a particular width and diameter. There aren't 15" or 16" molds yet, and may never be. There are so many more tires to choose from in 17" and 18" anymore.
Note: If I am not supposed to post links to things for sale, please let me know. I don't think we're supporting vendors here yet. With all of the E30 stuff we carry (E30 strut braces, camber plates, motor mounts, wheel stud kits), though, that might need to change. I already see a lot of familiar names here. :)

I think a 15" or 16" wheels in 7-9" width is the popular and good size for the e30, although a couple guys do run 17 and 18" with wide tires...Mtech1 v8 build thread - https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/sho...d.php?t=413205

Hey Terry, maybe I'm stating the obvious here, but just making sure you know that non-M e30s are 4x100.... those Koseis wouldnt work :p (although tempting).First post for me here. Cheers,
run a 15x7 wheel. you'll get the spec e30 crowd, and it's the best compromise for everyone else. i would prefer 15x8 or 16x8 but realistically, 15x7 makes the most sense from a sales standpoint.sigpicComment
