Late model E30 on coilover sleeves.
wheels are 5x120
16x7.5 front et20
16x8.5 rear et24
i was aiming for something flush with little to no poke. anybody know what adapter size I could run? and possible tires? will fender work... work with the rear width?

Hi Jay,
I just purchased some stock BBS RM's 15x6.5 ET33. The lips are !/2 inch and I want to put on larger ones. I don't want the wheels to poke out. I was hoping for an E30 recommended tire size of 205/55/15. What size lips and spacer would I have to use? Would I have to use hub rings? I want the best grip and handling is there a different combination that would work better?
Thanks,
Tom Gould

205-45 all round with 15/20mm spacers (which i have) and a decent amount of lownessocity.
GO!
Edit: didnt see that it was 5 lug... then just get the 18 mm adapters all around. will be easier to sell when it comes time.. and you will still be at et+5 on a 8"... pretty friggin flushLast edited by ToPLeSS(e30)FeinD; 04-14-2012, 11:19 AM.'89 Delphin 2.8 Cabrio

what tire size would be best for this and what would need to be dont?
but if you are going for a casual look, then i suppose a 225/45 front paired with 235/45 rear will look casual enough..
