I know the stock spec calls for 205/55R15, but I'd like to know if 205/60R15's fit an iX, since it's so close. What other sizes will fit the iX?

It will rub the plastic fender liners badly.
There aren't many other sizes that fit the factory wheels, because they are so close to the front struts (i.e. you can't go wider).
