    10" wide wheels, tire choices

Not for an e30, but my brand new Volvo 240 wagon. I found som 15 x 10 black steel wheels.

Will 195/60r15s stretch on? probably need something wider

285-45-15 Pirelli used to sold for older Lambo's There was a set on Ebay on some crazy BBS RS 15x12 couple of months ago.

This is gonna be a hard sized tire to find.

wow, 195s would be absolutely out of the question!

I don't think it would look all that great, and that wide of a wheel/tire will kill the gas mileage.

where'd you find a brand new 240 wagon? I thought they quit making those in the early 90's.

There are no street tires with the correct diameter for your volvo that would fit a 10" wheel.

You could put some 275/30/15 hoosiers on it though :p

Best of luck. This is what happens to old racers, they have to find vintage tires from obscure places. 22"s ftw just kidding I hate the ever growing diameters and now shops are starting to charge extra to mount low profile tires. What is a Low Profile tire these days? You are hard pressed to find a car with more than a 65 series.

What are you doing a crazy turbo Brick now?

seems as though that is the only way to do it. I did a cam in the Benz, but got tired of all the other repairs so I sold it.

The volvo is brand new to me, and since it only had one owner before, it is as close to new as you can get for a 91!

I will have some before and after. IPD has some cool stuff for it.

225's should mount. qimis has 225/40/16 on his 16x10" RS'.

If you want Toyo sells T1-R's in UK in 245-45-15 just not here yet. Ask somebody from UK if they would be willing to ship.
