Best brands/types for wheel paint? I am looking at getting a set of Euroweaves and i want to get them all done up before tires. To wheels usually need to be sanded? primed? clear coat? I'm a newbie when it comes to painting wheels :P

Wheels need to be cleaned first, then wiped down with paint prep solvent. If the previous owner used tire gels of any sort, there are likely silicones all over the place, and painting over any traces of silicone will result in popping/fisheyes (types of paint defects). The solvent should take care of that.
Assuming the wheels don't need any repairs, and the paint is in good condition, you don't need to prime them, you just have to scuff the wheels with a maroon Scotchbrite pad.
Clean the wheels again. After drying you should be ready to shoot some paint.
You will need a basecoat and clearcoat. If I were you I would avoid Wurth silver paint. The quality is just not that impressive. Bad spray nozzles, the paint does not lay down very flat, and the clear is also very poor.
Duplicolor wheel paint is better quality, if you plan on spraybombing the wheels.

The Duplicolor is supposed to be a darker silver. I think with the right prep that the Wurth/Griots can look good, but I hate their clear. Just my experience, anyway.
