Does these fenders looks Pulled?

jst wondering if he pulled his fenders to fit those wheels there.
and do those wheels come in a 4x100 bolt pattern?

why do i ask cause when his specs in to english it says it was pulled.
not sure if its a translation error.
ill leave it to the experts.

Mike, you have an early arch car, you won't have anywhere near as much trouble as with a low arch car.

EDIT: Holy crap, that car is slammed (early arch car). And yes, it looks mildly pulled.

speaking of this how big is the diffrence bettween early arch cars and late arch cars/cabbies? all i have around where i live is facelifts and verts so i have nothing to compare to
