Help Wheel spacers ?(fatten up those guards)

Hi guys as some of you may be aware ive just had my 16x7.5 et25 Schnitzer alloys refurbed :) and fitted with 225/45/16 toyo t1rs all round. Now while having my car freshly painted i had the guards rolled and flared a little so i have plenty of room to play.

Bringing my question on spacers, i want my rear guards to be filled right up with tire so ive looked into wheel spacers.

I have some 5mm ones on the back at the mo and there is plenty of room still.

Now ive stumbled accross some 4x100 10mm spacers with a centre bore of 56.1 for a REALLY good price here in NZ and are alot cheaper than the turner ones.

Can i use these on mine?

i seem to remember that e30 centre bores are 57? but not sure, does that mean i cant use the 56.1 units?

also what length studs will i need 35mm? 45mm? 55mm?

cheers you help will be a huge help to getting the v8 on the road :)

Does that mean i cant use 56.1 ones? I mean if they are slightly smaller they should still fit right? They are about 70% cheaper than the turner ones and i dont have to pay for shippijng.

yum et12 would look nice and fat!

They will not fit over the hubs. The holes in the center of those spacers is too small to fit onto an e30 hub. Hub 57.1 > 56.1 Spacer = NOT GONNA HAPPEN

Take some measurements to see how much more room you have. We can't really tell you what will work, since the fender work is a variable.

riley, they could be bored out to fit onto the hubs, only problem then is the wheels wont be hubcentric on the spacers, you could then look into rings to take up that space, lot of work though.

Turns out i no the parts supplier, hes sourcing some 10mm hubcentric spacers for me. The manufacture that supplys him is going to make me 57.1 units :) (connections you gotta love them) and best of all they on $45 bucks each with bolts, and no shipping etc
