Wheel choices

I finally have my e30 and wanna get some wheels. Was looking at two sizes and offsets. 16 x 8 with 0 offset or 17 x 8 with 35 offset. What spacers and wheels would I need to run them and how much would I need to roll my fenders.

I didnt think offset was a real option. If not 25, you gotta make em 25 using spacers. So I thought?

But as far as wheels, Im big on Borbet or Azev type As. I also dig the Kerscher Carmonas (I will be getting those soon hopefully). But Im not near ballin enough to go with any nice 3 piece BBS or the HREs listed in the FS ads

kopi's come in 17x7.5" with the right hub and offset out of the box. A lot of people claim they're played out, but I haven't seen one set in my town so I think I could get away with it
