I have searched, but I have not seen anyone post pictures with this wheel on thier e30. I would love to see this wheel on someones e30, especially if its a cabrio.

    Thanks

Thank you for coming up with those pics!

I am having a hard time deciding if I want to go old school weaves or something more "sporty".

        Thanks again,

        Doug

I quickly grew tired of spending more time cleaning the basket weaves than the whole car so I went with these SSR's.

Light weight and oh so easy to clean.

I was thinking the same thing. Are those 15's or 16's? Very nice cabrio btw. Thanks for posting the pics.

i used to spend 15 minuits cleaning each one my my basketweaves. but recently i found a really nice brush thats soft enough not to scratch them and fuzzy enough to get in the small areas

                Hey thanks!

They are 16's which was a deciding factor in the purchase. At the time, I had an m20 and I was afraid 17's would be too much wheel for the motor.

Back then, there were few other 16" choices so I bit the (expensive) bullet and bought them. Every time I wash the car I'm glad of my decision.

However, the open design reveals the silly little front brakes. The brakes look so small it's embarassing. Even worse at the rear!

I keep watching for big brake kits but only one vendor that I know of has a kit for the rears and right now, they are out of my price range.

Maybe 15's would have been a better choice? Does this look ridiculous to you too?

I wouldn't say ridiculous. Would it look really cool with massive rotors and calipers? Yeah, but I think 16's look better than 15's on our cars.
