weight differences btwn bbs rs/ra's and act ls mesh

anyone know which one is lighter, a search revealed that the act ls weigh about 16.5lbs don't know what the bbs weigh-considering all diameters= 15inches

if i'm going to spend $ i want to get the lighter wheel of course.
