    64.1 to 57.1 hubcentric rings?

Ive searched for the better part of the last half hour on google and cant find anything, plastic, metal, either at all. I just got some BBS RS' that I will be putting on my 2002, with e21 front hubs (hub centric 57.1mm), so I wanted to get some rings to at least help center up the fronts.

The rears will still have original 2002 hubs, and theyre lug centric. The hubs are not machined on that surface, but are pretty close. Close enough to have something custom made probably, but that's for later if I wanted to make rings for the rear too.

I'll assume nobody makes hubcentric spacers smaller than 10mm too right? Does anybody know of anyone that can make them custom? Like a 5mm spacer adapter? One that has enough to have a lip for the hub and wheel, even though between the hub and wheel, it would be very very thin (3.5mm in this case)?

I just talked to Rota in Hayward, CA and they have hubcentric rings for BMW's to adapt their wheels to 57.1mm. Give the people at 18racing.com a call.

I just checked their website and none of their wheels come with a 64.1 bore, so it's unlikely they'll have the correct ring, but I'll email them anyway.

If you call them you will get more direct answers. I just asked them and the only BMW bore wheels specific wheels that don't need hubcentric rings are the 15x7 RB (spec E30 approved) and the slipstream 16x8 +20 offset wheels. You can buy rings from them though for pretty cheap.

I emailed them today and they dont carry the size I need. The few results I've found online with this size are people who had to have them custom made =(.

I was at work and didn't have my cell phone, not supposed to use the shop phone for that stuff, but I'll be crossing my fingers. I don't know how much more direct of an answer I can get besides yes or no if they have the right size ring. None of their wheels are 64.1mm bore, so it's unlikely that they will have that size, IMO.

I need to call them and find out if they have 73.1 -> 57.1 rings.

I just got a response from Jessica, that's a negative on my size. Looks like I'm going to have to go custom. I wish I had a damn lathe, there are so many bits I could make... :curse:

I'm fucking stoked as hell, my Remembers showed up today, and they came with 73.1 to 57.1 hubcentric rings. Apparently, the ET20 remembers are intended for BMW fitment, so they come with the rings.

tire rack is also a great source for aluminum hub centric rings.

I got the rings for my Borbets from them, and they sent me plastic ones. Not like it matters to much, but do you have to ask for aluminum ones?

On another note, my Remembers came today, and they came with the 73.1 to 57.1 rings. I think since the ET20 ones are intended for BMW's, they come with them.

Those bitches wouldn't sell me any. I had the exact measurements I needed... no dice. Fuck'em.

They won't sell them to you unless you tell them exactly what wheels they're for, and what the car is that your intending to put them on. I had to lie my ass off when I bought the ones for my Borbets, telling them that I bought the wheels for my Honda Civic and now wanted to put them on my BMW.

It's a liability thing on their end, meaning that if you use them on something that they weren't intended for, and they in turn fuck something up or cause damage or an accident, it's their ass.
