    Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 15x7 ET25.. can I use 10mm spacers?

I'm trying to fit the UUC willwood braks system inside these 15x7's, but they don't quite clear. I estimate that a 10mm (12 to be safe) will move the wheel out just enough to clear the caliper, but I'm afraid it'll start to rub. The tires are 205/XX/15 (don't remember exactly)..

The wheels currently line up with the fender just right.. I am guessing that a 10 or 12mm will cause the wheels to stick out, perhaps even cause some rubbing. Car isn't lowered.

    Any input highly appreciated.

You should be fine, since you're not lowered, and rolling on 205's. Try and get the profile of the tires for accuracy's sake.

I'm not gonna use this stupid kit. This is the 3rd set of wheels I've tried. UUC advertises that it works with 15" wheels, it should f-ing fit. I emailed Massive Lee, and, apparently, his sport kit fits this wheel without any problems. Rob also claims that his kit has better clearance than Massive's.. hm...

Racers will use 10 or 12mm spacers on those TD 1.2, in order to widen the track as much as possible. Racers don't care that much about rubbing a little bit, and anyway, they go straight and rarely go full lock (unless shit happens). For a street car, I wouldn't space the wheels out no more than a few mm.

Miike Kovac has the extra thick Race kit on Pro Race 1.2 and is using 3mm shims for safety of mind. The Sport kit is 11mm narrower which means you will have ample clearance.

BTW The previous generation of brackets were adjustable in order to fit 11.75" (15" wheels) to 12" rotors (16" wheels), or Performance friction pads which lack 3mm of material on the outer perimeter. I think it was offering too many adjustements and that not everyone realized they were adjustable, and sometimes, they were installed at their fully extended position, which led to rubbing situations.

So, since last month, all kits are shipped with fixed brackets, at their tightest setting, offering maximum clearance. All holes are now threaded (10mm x 1.5 and 7/16-24), making installation much easier than previous generations. Also, all kits are now shipped with direct 10mm-to-1/8NPT 90º fittings, so that you can use your own braided brakelines, and allowing to keep prices down despite the junk US $ (from 1.18 to 0.98 in one year).

Will oem brake likes work with this 90 degree fitting? I have SS braided lines, but they are the oem fitment.
