16" Wheel, tire fitment question

I just picked up some oz hydras on tire rack. they are 38mm offset. can i fit 215-45-16's? if not what is a good setup? oh and i'm lowered about 1.75"

You will need 15mm spacers all around, and yes the tires will fit.

I went with 205/50/16 due to the lack of tire choices in the 215/45/16 size. I think they would fit without a problem though.

Why not use a 225/45? Good selection of tires too.
