You need arms to lift them into place, then bolt them up like SC said. It may help to remove the old wheels from you car, but see what happens when the time comes.

If they're hubcentric to the Civic...a friend at a machine shop. The hub bore is 1mm smaller.

I would never ever machine civic steelies out. There is at most 3 mm of material in the bore. NOT recommended unless you switch to studs, and even then you'd have to use civic style ball seat lug nuts. Oh, and the offset is high, might not clear brakes (depending on which year they came off).

uhh, the honda lug nuts i bought were conical.

also, sidenote, Hondas use the same size/pitch threading on the wheel studs as a BMW. m12 1.5...

well i got them for free so i was just going to destroy them..or use them as my autox tires..
