    Took the clearcoat off the lips of my wheels


    Circa 1850 Paint and Varnish remover, an old Mercedes Benz shirt, and a toothbrush where my tools.

    Bling.

    I need to wetsand the lips and them polish them with a rubbing compound and get some of the staining and pitting gone from where the clear coat had been missing for awhile but I am pretty happy with how it looks as though it is going to turn out.

    As for the roundels, I had wanted to do this for awhile they should polish nice too.

          Ya, I am not a big fan of roundels. If I had the money when I painted my car they woulda been shaved.

              cant really see much in the last picture of the wheel. And I hope you aren't running that roundel it looks terrible.

                  Ya, the last pictures sorta blurry I will take another after I shower and so forth (did all this shit in my pajamas)

                  I am running BOTH roundels like that.
