so i got a hold of a set of 16x7 rota slipstreams and i want to run them next summer. is anyone of you guys running these wheels in this size or know what the offset might be with the 16x7 sized wheels spefically?

Yes and the search button works well. There was a GB here for them about a year ago. -
They're ET40. 15-20mm spacers will do the trick.
