    Alpina Question, owners please read

Problem ive noticed today, this may seem odd and be a hard to answer or follow question, but im gonna ask.

In the rain, with real Alpinas 16"ers, does it appear as if the brakes are not there for a little while? As in, does it seem as if the rotors are covered in water and the brakes do not work until after a seconds or so.

Ive used other 16"ers with a more open design [5 spokes] and never had this problem.

    Just curious

Are your brake backing plates still in place?

Yes. Brake system is fine otherwise.

I know it seems like an odd question, but im curious if anyone else with 16" alpinas have noticed the same thing.

well damn. its still doing it. Cant be glazed pads because the brakes work great otherwise and i know what that feels like.

Im just going to get some 'Clean-wheelz' plates and call it quits!
