17x7.5 Rota Attack 4x100 on my 325 90?

I want to know which offset will fit on my car and the bigger tires size i can use with? Lapping, Solo Racing Car.

I can buy this model with these offset
17 x 7.5 +35/+40/+45 4h x 100

which one, fit?
My front and rear fender was rolled.


The first idea was to buy Kosei K1 in 16'' with 225-50-16 but i have a deal on these wheels... i'm not sure what will be the better choice.

The ideal setup for a track car would be the ET40 version, run 15mm spacers, and 235/40/17 tires.
