grad present.. what to get?!

Okay so I just graduated high school(yes half a year early) and my mom said as a grad present she will spend up to $1000 CAD on wheels+tires.

is there any suggestions of wheels that would be about that much after its all said and done. and keep in mind im in Canada so I would prefer to find a canadian dealer to get them!
