    320i wheels

I saw a set of 15" BBS wheels in the salvage yard today on a 320i. Are there any issues as far as these fitting an e30?

The look kind of like basket weaves. They have a BBS center cap and exposed bolt heads. 1 1/2 " dish. They were a little rough, but serviceable.

13in bbs wheels MAY have been an option on 320i's.. but not 15in. Can you tell us more about them? Have a picture?

        Did they look like this?

E21s are much more particular than E30s when it comes to wheels/offset.
I sure if they fit an E21, they'd fit an E30. I think you should get them and sell them to me tho ;-)

That looks like them. BBS rather than roundel in the center though.

e21s have different offset to e30.

Yeah.. those BBS RA wheels are made with an offset of 35 and an offset of 13.
ET 13s are ideal for E21s where as I believe you'd want the ET 35s for your E30. Though I am by no means an expert on this stuff.

Could very well have been an E30 320i. The rest of the world got one, but the US didn't I have a friend here that rides around in an 85 e30 320i with 15in BBS rims. too bad he doesn't even care about the car.

I think 320i cars have the same rims as an 323i or 325i cars
my E30 320i has the same bottlecaps as my 318,324d and like the spare tyre on my 323i

If they do have the different offset, is that something that could be corrected with spacers?

What would be the correct size spacers to compensate for the different offset?

I did end up getting these wheels. Unfortunately the do rub the front calipers. Taking into account my plans to upgrade brakes and suspension, what spacer size should I go with? It seems like I would want to go with 15mm to get closer to the stock offset, but I may be completely incorrect. I also assume that you would want spacers on both the front and rear wheels so they would match
