whats the word? is that shit too thick and id be better off just painting these or can you powdercoat the centers?? these things need help. i have 2 inch lips for them once i paint or powdercoat them
I've heard shitty things from people about powdercoating wheels. Bad fitment on the hub due to the thickness of the powdercoat.
Personally, I'd find someone who has a sandblaster big enough to house these, and have them go over them. Then you can go about painting them/refinishing.

I would send them to a "media" blaster. It does less damage than sandblasting, preserves the outer texture of the metal, but costs more. Powder coating is thicker than paint and can cause fit problems. There is a special masking tape for it.
Sand the hub if there are any fitment problems. Or you could just tell them not to spray certain areas. They uses plain ole masking tape where i go. Saw them do a couple of valve covers.
