    Sport Max offset

Do they make Sport Max 002 wheels with at 15 or 20 offset? I just bought an e30 325is with lowered H&R suspension and I can't use the typical 0 offset wheels like I'm finding for the Sport Max's.

I'm new to e30's so maybe I'm missing the boat. If they only make 0 offset, is there a similar brand that makes a similar wheel that'll do?

Actually after looking a little bit more I see that I can get the Sport Max 501 with a 15 offset. It looks like that's my only option for Sport Max wheels. I'm clueless on the other brands out there that may have the same look.

The fenders are already rolled to fit a 17" wheel with 15 and 20 offset, staggered front to rear. I don't actually have the car in my hands yet, but I'm not too excited about doing any pulling of the fenders at this time. I want to really get to know this car first before getting really aggressive with any changes.

Are there any other cool, but cheap wheels out there that sort of match the Sport Max classic styles?

I know what you're saying. I said "classic" to describe the wheel type, but not to say its truly classic.

Anyway...I'm a newbie all over again with these e30's. I need help. Guide me please.

depends on your budget. there is a user on here who sells some nice looking BBS RS knockoff wheels in 16x7.5 for about $700.

Cool. I like them both, but I'm more partial to the ones in the second link, particular with the gold centers. I guess I really gotta find out if the 0 offset will fit on my new lowered e30 and with what tire size. I don't want rubber bands.

They look like classic Tractor wheels.

You'll find out that Cheap and lower offset 4x100 wheels don't go together.

Sportmax is the only cheap alternative, but everyone here hates them.

They don't really fit at all. You'd have to run 195/45/16 tires, and the wheels would be sticking an inch outside of the fenders.

The 501's in ET15 actually fit. 205/45/16 tires are about the safe limit though.

Cool. Thanks Mr. Wheel Fitment Expert. I guess I have all the time in the world to evaluate this more once I get the car. I was sort of in a rush with the mindset that I would pick some up while in LA picking up my car. I guess it'll be the 501's if anything from Sportmax, or maybe something else altogether. Thanks a bunch.
