    Got some "new" wheels!!

Picked up these 15" Enkei's Couple days ago. Guy originally told me 50$ and then said 30$ if I showed him my car. I got to talking to him and I guess he had ordered a 320i I think he said a while back and had these wheels put on it when it came over to America. He then swapped them to a 84 325e. Eventually he just gave them to me. I am thinking about going back and maybe inviting him to e30 picnic?

They have an offset of 20 and I am not totally sure of the size of them yet. They came with 195's on them, seems like tires are undersized, but maybe not. Oh and I need to run 5mm spacers because they rub on front calipers :(

What model are these people, I want to know anything there is to know! thx

what is so special about a stock 318is that he would discount some honda wheels to see it?
i bet next to where its stamped 15II is the width of the wheel, ONE of them has got to have it on there.
dude, mayhem, seriously. do NOT roll those wheels. with that dent in there especially.are they even balanced? any weights on them? your hubs will be hanging out everywhere (unless you get a set from some bottlecaps $$). roll your stock weaves, hell paint them black. but those look horrible.

Looks like those are factory 4x100 enkeis, hard to find, they are usually redrilled from 4x114

Chances are, if they are 15s, and the 195s look like that on them, they are probably 15x6 or 15x6.5. No wider than 6.5" though.

So 15x6.5 ET20 at its greatest.

Pull out a dead blow hammer and bend that wheel out straight...clean them up, polish the hell out of the lip, re-paint, whatever....better than bottles or weaves IMO.

Just make sure to put a set of 205/50/15 on them, so when you find a decent set of wheels you can swap tires to a set of wheels that don't suck.

Polish the face of the spokes too, along with the lips. That would make them look much better IMO

Yea, I was going to get tires taken off, and then Clean the hell out of them. I was going to get 205's. They are all balanced and will not be on the car till that one with a bend in it is fixed. Going to attempt to fix edges and polish them all over.

Can i use a buffer or just a cloth and some polishing compound?

Luke-These are just temporary but I see what you are saying with the tries

Jeff-Not rolling them until they are all fixed, but they are all balanced out

Matt, that lip should straighten with a few whacks from a dead blow...but you really have to mean it!

Check and see if they have been clear coated. If so, no polishing until the clear comes off, and be prepared for a major pain in the butt.

There is no clear, Just a cake load of road grime,

Would it be acceptable to use 2000 grit on some small areas where dirt is in pitted areas?

yes, just keep working up to a higher and higher grit, then finish with some mothers aluminum/mag polish.
I personally don't like them though, they look nasty.

Size and offset is on the back of the spokes ...NOT the hub .

                        It only says 15T-4?

and then 20m offset, thats why I was curious about the size
