They have 30 bolts, so I assume they are? If so, are they 15's or 16's?

Sure look like it to me. And as noted, all RS001's are 15", the 16" was called the RS003.
Here's a pic of one of my old ones for comparison.

So you think they are the 15" RS 001's?
If in decent condition (not perfect, but pretty good), how much do you think a set is worth? They're 15x7 right?

I sold mine to a member here for just over $1k. You can rebuild them as wide as you want, as long as you have the cash. I've seen 10" rear, 8" front. I'd do 8" all around. Get a pic with the cap off to make sure they're rs001s.
