Ronal LS guys, size of the centercap emblem?

there are two different part #s though (36 13 1 181 079 and 36 13 2 225 190)

Does anyone know which one to use? They are both 70mm, but one has "backing" and is $12ea and the other is "self adhesive" and is $4 ea.

What's involved in popping the other one off the Ronals... is there just some kind of cover that needs taking off?

My PO bought BMW caps from Ronal, so I have two diff sets, one BMW and the other Ronal. So I know you can buy them from them if you cared to have a snap on and off emblems.
