205/60/14 rubbing on strut ???

What going on ?!? I just bought some new rubber for my bottlecaps.....some falken ziex-512's in 205/60/14's. I didnt completely bolt them up but held it up to the rotor/hub and spun wheel. Seems the sidewalls just barely clear the side of the strut housing ?? The car is on jacks with CA CAB's unbolted but I dont think that makes a difference ?? Any similar happenings out there /?

Bolt them up all the way and check to see. They should be fine.

I had two sets of 205-60-14 on baskets and they worked fine. No running what so ever. Just bolt up your CAB bracket and bolt down the wheels. Everything should be fine

Im going to try and get her on the ground tonight and rolling. Then Ive gotta get my lazy ass sanding !! I hate that part of bodywork......
