My PChopped weaves, what you think?

My parents are forcing me to get rid of my 14" tires, and going to store my 'weaves as a spare set....and for later snow/auto-x, whatever.

What should I do with them? I can easily refinish them when they are tireless and lying around.
Note: Not looking to do too much, 4 out of 5 of them are bent, lol. They are soft, and lived in Chicago.

I think Nagaro silver would look puny on 14", even though it is tight on 15".
Black/silver same as darker silver....wheel is too small to look right, as least in 'weave style.
All black - might look ghetto, but might be intimidating at drag, auto-x, etc.

    ?? Other colors, schemes?

My daily wheels are going to be the C's with 205/55-15 ES100s. I finally cracked. Pictures of Drew's wreck, my balding rear tires, and facing southbound on a northbound street last week in the rain encouraged me to throw down for new tires.

black with a silver lip is my vote.

Nagaro should still look wicked. I don't know why all basketweaves weren't painted that color.

I was thinking about painting mine, but I know what you mean, the 14" looks waaay too small. Somehow the 15" looks perfect on that car, so painted 15" weaves someday. :D
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

Nogaro would look good even if they are 14's. I would do that over black.

What I'd do is paint them whatever color you want, and throw some Azenis on there for autocross. $44 a pop owns you, and 14" weaves have got to be a shit load lighter than the Type Cs

yah, duh. 195/60 is undersized by ~3% and cheaper....and better grip.

slightly undersized is good for auto-x anyways

goddamn, still cannot believe those tires are that cheap. 8)

Next summer is going to be tight.....as long as the CCA folks don't jerk around and actually get some Auto-X's set up, or I'll have to join the SCCA events.

                    Black? Gunmetal? Dark Silver?
                    Red? White? Gold?

If they ever stop production of the 14" Azenis I'll throw a fit. Kick ass rubber man. Plus the smaller diameter really helps the acceleration, you'll feel it immediately.

Hey guys, think I made my decision: gunmetal/dark grey.

Actually, specifically. I want whatever color brake dust is. :P
If my wheels get dusty, no one can tell. 8)
