    getting stuck wheels off

One of my rear wheels is being a bitch and is stuck on. Ive hit it with PB Blaster, tried kicking it while the car is up on stands, and ive tried lowering it onto the wheel with all bolts taken out to put a little pressure on it to break it free. I cannot get it off.

If I had studs, I would loosen the bolts a tad and try driving around on the bitch. Any idears on what to do next?

Kicking it isn't a sudden enough impact to break rust. Grab a hammer and a plank of wood, deliver sharp knocks around the perimeter of the rim, see if you can break it loose that way.

Also, if you have an expansion-type jack from another car put it between the wheel and a solid piece of the inner fender, and jack away!

      Maybe try a gear puller?

i did this with my friends civic and it worked. loosen the studs and just roll the car back and forth on a flat surface.

just put one o ther studs part way back in, hit the back of the tire as hard as you can with a BFH (big fucking hammer) and it should break free. Just dont hit the wheel. Dont roll it around your going to do more harm then good, just keep kicking and hammering it will come loose!

use the spare or one of the wheels that came off successfully like a battering ram where the wheel meets the tire. Hit it with the tread part of the tire, assuming your wheels aren't mint you won't harm them.

If you imagine your tire being a clock, smack it at 9 and 3 o'clock several times alternating back and forth. That's how we do duallies at work, we use those shot filled mallets, or if one needs more motivation we have a 5 lb. sledge we smack the tires with.

Torch the bitch. I've broke rusted on wheels off with a torch at the stud/lug reigon to expand the surfaces a bit.
