    Spacers?

I really never have ran spacers but with the limited number of wheel choices for the lovely 4 lug setup,
I may have to run spacers to run the wheels that I want....
So is it better to get the spacers that just fit behind the wheel in which you use longer lugs or is it better to get the spacer that bolt on and then the wheel and lugs bolt on to that?
Jus tlooking for opinions and pros and cons...
I know alot of track guys use spacers but I have never been a fan....
    thanks anyway...

i have H&R spacers that just use longer bolts, and it works fine,no vibration,no shimmy. but i think the other kind would be easier to work with, because changing wheels can get annoying when the spacer keeps on falls off.

The spacers that bolt to the hub and then the wheels bolt to those are for really think spacers/adapters.

H&R doesn't go to that setup until you get to their 25mm spacer, even there 20mm spacer is still bolt through.

Then obviously all adpaters bolt to the hub, then the wheel to the adapter.
