No, they are solid gold, with a bit of black paint.

anybody know what wheel that is?

they look like a 24 bolt version (18 inch) of my BBS modular race wheels (i have 20bolt/17 inch) but with different centers. anybody know if BBS came out with a different/updated center?

I'm not a huge fan of multicolored wheels, unless the center matches the body color. Unfortunately, it seems that I am in the minority here. Run them if you like them.

Theyll need a repaint so i could easily do all silver, or black to match body color

I personally like them, but don't do black. Anything but black. I like them as they're or paint the Nogaro.

Yep, Also black hides detail so they would just look like stock weaves
