Depends on the wheel and spacer design. You will not notice any accelerated bearing wear despite what some will try and tell you. Very few of my setups are run without spacers, and I have been doing it for nearly 6 years.

Just get your spacers, and make sure you tighten to torque specs. Also double check them every so often.

Then please run the numbers through the appropriate formulas showing what the hub load is, with and without spacers at varying widths.

Then take those numbers and compare them to projected average service life of the wheels bearings and load capacities for which they are designed.

Otherwise, you are spouting off a bunch of crap you have heard others say.

So will more weight from anything but a 14" x 5.5" wheel, but who the hell keeps Bcaps.

If by prematurely you mean it will shave a week off of it's working life, then I agree.

the change in offset of the average wheel spacers (20mm or less) is insignificant compared to the driving conditions the wheel bearing are designed to withstand. That's like saying you're seat is going to break since you gained a few lbs.

    wheel spacer=cool.
i've been running H&R spacers for months, and haven't even noticed the slightest vibrations with them.
its the only way to make bottle caps look good.

    Well then.

I'm curious if their 10mm ones actually really are hubcentric. That would make these the thinnest real hubcentric spacers for our cars.

Yes, they are made for VW's which have the exact same hub bore as the e30.

Are they actually 57/57.1mm hubcentric on both ends?

    This could be interesting.
