Rebuilding bbs rs wheels any input on where to buy outer rings would be appreciated. Steel or aluminum?

You mean lips?

Try black forest industry they usually carry lips and such for split rims.
Im not sure if they have any in stock though last I heard they didn't but I could be wrong.

Just make sure you get the correct one for your wheels. Whether its a 15" or a 16" or w.e.

depends how ,much you wanna spend. Schmidt radinox are nice but realy spendy.

You can get the aluminum ones from tunershop.com if youre not looking to spend a grip.
