    What BBS rims are these??

I got five of these off a buddy of mine for $100 bucks. Like all i know about them is that they're 17 inchers, seem to be three piece (might be wrong on that), are light and pretty wide. Can you guys tell me what style of wheel they are, or any other information about them? Oh, and also, there's a number opposite of the bbs logo that reads 3588

Nope. You need a picture to really be helpful.

Those look nothing like RA's. They look like a variant of a BBS Motorsport wheel, but which, I'm not sure. Awesome score though!

EDIT: I believe those are, actually, a motorsport wheel; they're a 20 bolt design instead of the usual 30. If you take one apart, and there's a rubber gasket between the sections instead of sealant, you just got a retarded deal on some rare-ass wheels!

Thanks man. I'm pretty happy with it overall. Just need to refinish a couple of the other rims and give them a good buff. Any more idea's about these rims?

Is your buddy into muscle cars like, say a Trans Am? Early Grand Prix GTP maybe?

he's pretty much a ford man. He's got a mint condition fox body mustang that he might be putting a 351 into. His dads 70s something cougar supposedly has close to 800 horses under its hood. so not that i know of... Why?

thanks man. Couple of the other wheels need a little love, but for $100 bucks, its worth it.

BBS made basketweaves for all kinds of stuff in the 80's-90's. Jeeps to Jaguars, Porsches to Pontiacs. Let us know when you find out what they came from!

yep i know that they did. These rims might or might not have been on a 5 lug converted enduro mustang from the 80s...according to my buddys dad. As is, i still don't know much about the rims, besides that fact that i might be able to get another one or two sets...

they look more like bbs rm's than ra's. are there any numbers on the wheel anywhere? that would help the BBS gurus chime in with a more exact answer.
