    5 lug rims pics?

there doesnt seem to be a thread dedicated to what rims fit/what rims look like on the E30 when doing 5 lug swaps...
anybody got pics of their cars with some E46 or E36 wheels on them? I am thinking the M 17" double spoke sportpackage E46 wheel would be nice but havent seen one with them on it.

also i may be getting a set of 16" style 45 E46 wheels for real cheap and i was wondering if there are any pics floating around with these wheels on an E30

look in the member rides section. there are plenty of 5-lug cars there.

not a lot of 5-lug people go with e46 wheels. in my opinion they look too new.

yeah i agree with you on that.. they look too new. only reason i am gonna buy this 16" set is they are under 200 bucks and i can use them for snowtires.

alot of you guys are probably asking WTF is this guy driving his E30 in the ohio winters! i ask myself that too! i need a winter beater

a lot of people drive their e30s in the winter. not everyone's e30 is a garage queen. sometimes i wish we would get more wintry weather around here so i would have an excuse to get winter tires, but i don't.

since you are looking for wheel recommendations, i will say that i really like the style 32's. they come in 15's and 17's i believe, e36 fitment. i am running style 5's off the e38. you can find a set for around $200 but the offset is pretty low and they are 16x8, so you probably want something narrower for a winter tire i would imagine.

style 32s look sweet on E30's.. and the style 5 like the E38 rims would look good too.. do you need any spacers to mount them? i dont care if they are wide really. I was pondering yesterday about how an E38 rim would fit.. I guess all the BMW wheels fit similarly unless they are E39 wheels? i know the '39 had a larger hub bore and wayy different offset, but it seems like people are able to use E38 stuff no problem.
I ended up picking up style 30 16" rims from an E36 for 100 bucks a few days ago.. seemed like a good deal but everybody that sees them hates em
