right offset to fit 16x10" rims?

Also what size tire would i be able to fit? I was thinking 235-245/40. I want a stretched tire. I know the fenders would have to be rolled as tight as they could be. I guess the real question is can it be done in the front without looking stupid. people run 9's all the time in the front not sure if i could get away with an extra inch without moving it out to far.
If anyone has pictures that would be great. thanks

ehhh i think it would be definitely a tough fit especially in the front, especially if you don't want them poking out. you would need a pretty low offset to clear the strut.

with that said, if you want a stretched tire look, then you wouldnt want 235-245/40 tires, you would want something like 225/40, which would also help you clear the fender. (btw the only 235 or 245 16'' tire i've found that isnt a larger than stock diameter is a 245/35-16, toyo t1r).

i think jay (Mystikal) can help you better than i can on this question. he lives in the wheel/tire fitment thread :D

I'm running 235s on a 9" wheel, and it is a slight stretch even at that width. I think it's just right where it is now.

There is no correct offset to fit 10's in the front. 9's stick out a bit and almost touch the strut at the same time. 10's would stick out another inch from that. If you really wanted to though, you would need et0 or less.

It is possible to fit them in the back though, off the top of my head I think around et15 would be good.

As stated, Jay would know best though.
