Lack of E34's in the world?

Not sure if it's me or maybe where I live, but I'm starting to notice that I hardly see any E34's. If I go on Craigslist there's always tons of parts and E30's for sale but not so much for E34's. I can honestly say on a week with nice weather I see at least 5 E30s and the same 1 E34 wagon in my neighborhood.

Does anyone else feel that way?

I agree...dont see too many of them but I actually kind of like that. E34s are hardly the modding types of cars so anyone that does have them in my area are usually pretty stock and boring.

E28s came down hard at being replaced by the e34. Many an e34 was requisitioned to the scrap heap as a result of e28 beat downs with their "diving board" bumpers.

I'm upgrading. Just agreed on a price on an '88 535is. Should have the title by the end of the week.

That's another one I rarely ever see, e28s. I saw one like 3 months ago and prior to that the last one I saw was some old dude in the burbs a yr ago.

I see probably 100 E34's for every E28 I see. I love both of them too as they each have very special characteristics that keep them different and enjoyable

eh. I live in Vermont, so barring lots of newer 3**xi models, I don't see a whole of BMW's at all around here. However, I do see a pretty equal number of E28s and E34s.

                    Nope. All e28s with M30s got B34s. My 1985 e28 has a B35 though. ;)

E34s are being scrapped pretty fast.

+1 to this. E34s infest CL over here compared to E28s.
