This, haha. I was on mye28 a long time ago, it's a chill place with the most knowledge of e28/e24/e32s you're gonna find. All you(not YOU specifically, just generally) gotta do is not be a dumbass prick. Just like here actually, just different tone.

Very true, but I have been dying for an E30 since I stumbled on to their existence. However the E34 came free and I'm very broke. :(

I was trying to sell my 1988 M5 awhile back, and they crying and complaining about price of the car, a running driving parts or donor car, I finally sold it after being tired of all the " I just want this, not that, or that is way to much for that" attitude, I sold it for $3k well wife did, to a member on here had it listed on mye28 as well. I broke even barely just wanted to get my money out and move on to another project to give the wife some money for household bills and some on the forum making it sound like I was rapping or cheating them on the price of my car. Some wanted to pay $1000 to $2000 I said NO, I had about $2850 or so in it, plus time. Guess everyones time is valueable except mine? My 1991 M5 I am parting out I will get what I want or it will sit, untill I do car was perfect before the accident (not my fault)
I went on the mye28 forum the other night about selling some tid bits 5 series parts just for the fun and get off what some of the uberdorks are saying off or on the forum. I have collected these parts over a 20 year period, I am reading about an Alpina thread it was histerical the drama was outstanding, Guy was upset about cost or repair or something misreprestation or what have you? The alpinas are worth more then what all that they all were complaining arguing about. The set in good shape is worth $1500 and the situation was like $1200 or something? It is funny, I have own and or driven almost every bmw produced from 1966 to 2000 model year, owned over 400 bmws over a 20 year spand had japanese model bmw's, RHD,alpina's and I am far as picky or anal as some of them, some are real assclowns NO NOT all just some and you know who you are out there! My favorite riddle is what is the diffrence between a bmw and a porcupine? answer: The pricks are on the outside of the porcupine, and the pricks are inside the BMW! I keep to myself, dont go out of the box that much, I support our bmw people. I do bmw's now as a living now, had to change occupation go back to my love and desire, as the job I once did is no more, now I am trying to work out how to import some e30 tourings to the states for customers and make some real money. Yesterday I just bought another bmw, a very clean and nice 1984 733i bmw from my friend for $400 little to no problems, it is a $1500obo car. and there it is another bmw under my hands. We all need to just work with each other and not against like some bmw forums, I am on most to all of them, Mostly for entertainment and to sell projects and parts for bmws. Faq2002 is really good I parted out my whole 2002, and most to all of them are good like on here. I quess it is who or what you know that matters?

Yep! I love this place, even after not even owning an e30 for 3 years... I like the people here, most of the cars, and the overall enviroment of the place.
