    1988 535i e28

Hey, so I recently bought a 1988 535i, roughly 286k miles, the regular rust spots, no major issues as far as I know. Any ideas on what I should do first...

286k? I'd buy timing chain tensioners, guides, and the chain and replace that when she pops 300k.

Then slam the fuck out of it and wipe down the paint with some 300grit sand paper and throw some used oil on it and set it on fire.

      BAM!

why not cut the springs, and put 19'' on it.............

AND best of all you can fit the rare BMP kit on it too.
